Human Rights Statement

We are committed to upholding and promoting human rights in all aspects of our operations and relationships. We recognize that respect for human rights is fundamental to human dignity and essential to sustainable, ethical, and responsible conduct.

Our Commitment

We support and respect internationally recognized human rights, including those set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s core conventions. We seek to avoid causing or contributing to adverse human rights impacts and to address such impacts if they occur.

People and Workplace

We are committed to:

  • Providing a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment
  • Prohibiting discrimination, harassment, child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking
  • Respecting freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
  • Supporting fair wages, reasonable working hours, and equal opportunity

Business Practices and Supply Chain

We expect our suppliers, partners, and contractors to uphold the same human rights principles. We work to identify, prevent, and mitigate human rights risks within our value chain and encourage transparency and accountability.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement

We strive to engage respectfully with communities affected by our activities and to consider the social and human rights impacts of our decisions. We value open dialogue and responsible stewardship.

Reporting and Accountability

We encourage the reporting of human rights concerns and provide mechanisms for raising issues confidentially and without fear of retaliation. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and strengthen our policies, training, and practices to ensure our human rights commitments remain effective and relevant.
