Step 1: Your Goals
A specialist will meet with a designated member of your team to discuss your goals, corporate culture, the specific recruitment assignment and any additional factors surrounding the role in question. A customized recruitment package is designed to address each one of your company’s unique needs. At this time we will also discuss budgets, timelines and any constraints that may exist.
Step 2: Targeted Search
Career Connections industry-leading team performs targeted searches within our proprietary database (containing more than 500,000 candidates), advertises your posting description across more than 10 industry leading job boards, and we leverage 30+ years worth of industry-specific referrals from our very deep network.
Step 3: Rigorous Screening
Our recruitment experts rigorously screen all potential candidates, conduct detailed face-to-face interviews and thoroughly understand a candidate’s professional experience and capabilities relative to your specific needs. Where a face to face meeting is not possible we employ technology to achieve the same effect.
Additional screening includes validation of technical aptitude through a 3rd party partner testing software system, performing at least three reference checks with previous direct managers. Additionally, we employ a third party partner to perform credit and criminal background checks where required.
Step 4: Review your potential candidates
When Career Connections feels they have identified a quality candidate, you will receive a comprehensive candidate overview, including a current resume, a skills/requirements match summary, contractual rate or salary expectations, and candidate availability. We will work with your hiring team to schedule candidate interviews and solicit feedback from both parties post-interview.
Step 5: Final Selection
When you feel you have identified the right candidate Career Connections will work with your hiring manager to present an offer to the candidate and confirm start dates. Career Connections will meet with the candidate to go over their offer letter and get sign off on all necessary documents and deliver those to you once completed.
Step 6: Ensuring the right fit
Once the successful candidate starts we will continue to assess their performance with the hiring manager and the new hire throughout the guarantee period to ensure successful integration and strong job performance.
