Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Works in line with Local Sales strategies to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order handling, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process orders coming in via EDI, fax, e-mail or telephone for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier)
Arrange special deliveries on request
Control and send out invoices
File ordering documents and related records
Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives
Respond to questions from sales representatives and customers about orders, deliveries, product availability etc.
On request, act as back-up for colleagues within the CS team
Ensure understanding of the SOP related to Product Complaints and Field Corrective Actions
Ensure that product complaints are reported within the allowed time frames by detecting quality related issues and acting upon them
Contribute to the timely closure of Field Corrective Actions
College DiplomaMinimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
Bilingual (English and French)
Computer literate (e-mail, Microsoft Office).
SAP and EDI experience is an asset

Dynamic and hard working
Driven by objectives and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Experience in working for a multinational is a plus
